NeuroDance : effects of dance, physical activity, and cognitive stimulation on brain health
The NeuroDance project aims to compare the effects of dance training versus the combination of physical exercise and cognitive stimulation on brain health. The study will involve a six-month intervention with three experimental groups :
- a Dance group;
- a Combined Physical and Cognitive Training group;
- a Stretching and Toning group.
Inclusion criteria:
- Adults aged 60 and over
- Less than 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity per week
- Right-handed
- No contraindications to exercise
Recruitment will begin in November 2025, with the project set to launch in January 2026.
