DOSE-AGE: An investigation of the dose-response relationship between physical activity level and quality of life in older adults.

 

Target population: People aged 60 years and older.

 

We invite you to participate in this study to help researchers better understand the effects of physical activity level on quality of life in aging.

 

The objectives of this study are to:

 

    1. Compare selected components of physical health, psychological health and lifestyle of individuals according to their level of physical activity;

 

    1. To observe the effects of physical activity level on quality of life and cognitive functions (memory, attention, language, perception)

 

A better understanding of the effects of physical activity level on quality of life could help refine physical activity recommendations to promote the best living conditions in aging.
